CS Gayatri Bhide-Phatak

CS Gayatri Bhide-Phatak is the owner and founder of G.S. Bhide & Associates. She started the firm in the year 2013 as a young Company Secretary with 7 years of total experience and Associate Membership from Institute of Company Secretaries of India. From the idea of creating Zappy and giving life to it, she plays an important role as the Practicing Company Secretary who takes care of all the Company Secretarial, Compliance Management and other supportive tasks of Zappy’s Clients.

Together with CS Gayatri, Zappy has incorporated several Companies, and LLPs and maintain their annual Compliances for them.

CS Gayatri is also a registered scrutinizer with CDSL. She has completed several projects including Scrutiniser for a Court Convened Meeting of reputed Public Limited Company, Associate with Banks providing ROC reports, Recent achievement of joining a Government Company as Practicing Company Secretary.
